Mind Body Skills Retreat
This retreat provides a structured and supportive environment for individuals to develop practical tools for emotional regulation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Grounded in evidence-based practices, participants will learn skills such as mindfulness, guided imagery, gentle movement, breathing techniques, and expressive writing to promote mind-body awareness and resilience.
The retreat emphasizes self-care, reflection, and connection in a safe, small-group setting. Participants will gain strategies to manage anxiety, trauma, grief, and burnout while strengthening their capacity for balance and self-compassion.
Retreats are over a course of three days. Yoga will be provided in the morning and in the evening there will be a time to connect with other participants.
Space is limited to 10 members.
